Iowa NASA EPSCoR - Request for Proposals - Due Oct. 19

This is the first proposal solicitation under the new Iowa NASA ESPCoR (Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research) program since the state became ESPCoR eligible in December 2008.  The goal of this competition is to ultimately select up to two Iowa research proposals to be submitted to the next NASA EPSCoR research call for proposals.  The maximum NASA research award is $750,000 over three years. Concept papers for the first round of the Iowa NASA ESPCoR selection process are due Oct. 19, 2009.  See the Request for Proposals for complete instructions: NASA EPSCoR Request for Proposals
