Corporate Research Services
The Research Services agreement applies to small-scale research initiatives such as testing, analysis, consulting or training.
Who will I work with?
All Research Services are directed by UNI faculty or staff. Undergraduate and graduate students will often assist with such projects, under the supervision of faculty. At the start of the project, a qualified team will be identified based on your project needs.
What about Intellectual Property?
IP is not an expected outcome of Research Services agreements.
How long will it take?
In general, Research Services assignments are short. A typical project is completed in a few days or weeks. Sometimes Research Services agreements include several short projects over the course of a year.
What’s the cost?
The cost for Research Services agreements is determined by project. If you are interested in obtaining research services from faculty or staff at UNI, please contact Tolif Hunt, Director of the Office of Research & Sponsored Programs at 319-273-3217, to discuss your project needs.
