Animal Care and Use

Individuals conducting research with animals must follow the policies and procedures of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC). The IACUC is responsible for oversight of the animal care and use program.

Questions concerning the application process may be directed to the IACUC Administrator, Lisa Ahern. Questions concerning research with animals may be directed to the IACUC Committee Chair, Dr. David McClenahan (319-273-2218).
