IRB Meeting Dates
The IRB Committee meets monthly to review studies that require full board review. Most applications do not require review by the full committee. Meeting dates are subject to change depending on committee member availability. Applications requiring full board review must be received by the stated cutoff date to be considered at the scheduled meeting. Applications requiring substantial pre-review may be delayed for a future meeting at the discretion of the IRB Chair and Administrator.

*Note: These dates are relevant only for projects requiring review by the full committee. Most projects can be submitted at any point throughout the month for expedited or exempt review process (involving one or more reviewers). All meetings are held via Zoom. Investigators who have an application to be considered for full board review will be sent an invitation to the meeting. Only complete applications submitted by the cut off will be considered. Applications determined to be insufficiently prepared or incomplete may not be considered at the full committee meeting, at the discretion of the IRB Administrator and IRB Chair.
