Small Business Subcontracting Procedures

Federal contracts and subawards that are over $750,000 require UNI to comply with FAR 19 and FAR 52.219-9 with regard to seeking to financially engage with small and disadvantaged small businesses, called "Small Business Concerns" (SBC's). You will be notified by RSP if your contract or subaward is subject to FAR 19. If so, please use the resources on this page to comply with this important federal requirement.
